Until recently, this Massage Training website has been focusing primarily on massage education and instruction. But we are going to move our attention away from massage schools and training and moving now toward helping people who are already certified in some bodywork modality and would like to improve their massage business.

As a start, we have been in contact with a successfully practicing massage therapist based in Australia. Amy Roberts is going to be writing a series of articles for us about how massage therapists can make their business more successful. To begin with, Amy created a Free 2008 Workbook for Massage Therapists that you can access simply by clicking on the “Free Workbook” link in the menu bar. The workbook is a New Years Guide To Achieving Massage Business Success in 2008.

In the workbook, Amy talks about what success really means. Success is about fulfillment. For example if a Therapist wanted to experience complete or true success he or she would look at the massage business as a whole and examine areas that need improving and alter the way the staff is working. This would then maintain a sense of harmony and peace throughout the clinic. This energy would then spill over into the hearts and minds of the staff and eventually the clients. This would in turn bring a deeper level of satisfaction for all those working and visiting the clinic.
